We have been running a Trainee Activities Instructor scheme at Lendrick Muir for many years now.  Each year we take on three trainee instructors.  Ideally we are looking for people who have three key passions overlapping:

As well as working with the children and young people to run ACTIVITIES onsite we will also support you in progressing towards holding various National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications.  This is a great start for someone wanting to pursue a career in the outdoors or even kick start a new career.

We are doing things a bit differently this year and are opening up the role for an August or a January intake (it has always been January in the past).
