If you’ve got questions about accommodation and activities at Lendrick Muir, you’re probably not the first person to ask. We’ve gathered together some questions… and answers(!)… that might just help.
What are the accommodation and facilities like?
There are three self-contained units of varying size. Each unit contains a commercial kitchen, dining room, lounge and meeting room. Bedrooms vary in size from single rooms to dormitory style rooms with up to twelve beds. Toilet and shower facilities are located in close proximity to the bedrooms. A small number of the rooms have en-suite facilities. Check out the floor plans on the right hand side of the page. Find out more about EATING and SLEEPING.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes, we provide duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase and fitted sheet. A limited number of cots are available, but guests are asked to provide their own bedding for these.
When should we arrive and depart?
For weekend groups we welcome guests after 5:00pm on Friday, and ask that the premises are vacated no later than 4:00pm on Sunday. We can sometimes be flexible depending on other bookings – please ask.
What about cleaning?
While at the centre and particularly on your day of departure, please vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep non-carpeted areas and empty bins. Centre staff will clean toilets and shower areas during your stay. Please leave the centre clean and tidy.
We are self-catering for the weekend. How does it work?
You’ll find all the info about the different catering options on our EAT AND SLEEP page.
Do we have to book instructor led activities?
No. Our activities packages are optional. You can come and use the centre and select from self-led activities. In addition, you may choose to book instructor-led activities and the cost for this is charged in addition to accommodation. Find out more about ACTIVITIES.
